Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who have been pre-screened for stability and present with low acuity mental health needs. We prioritize matching therapists with clients whose demographics and specific challenges align with their expertise, ensuring meaningful connections and effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the state board; limited/provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to evaluate, make professional decisions, and implement tailored treatment plans based on your clinical knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding towards clients’ needs and experiences.

• Robust computer literacy and comfort using digital platforms for teletherapy.
