Seller LIVE Operations Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Summer (MBA) Location: Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A197519 Summer Start Dates May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in TikTok Shop. Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers’ promotions with overall marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing an MBA Degree. Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026. Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers. Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality). Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred. Job Information The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $38- $38. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
