Work Environment\n

This position affords the convenience of working remotely from an outpatient office environment. We support a hybrid work model that also allows for selected telemedicine sessions, providing flexibility to both our counselors and our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring thorough assessments lead to tailored care plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client demographics, including individual, group, and family settings.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches, continually adjusting care plans based on client progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

Our LPCs serve a diverse patient population that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of clients and establish meaningful rapport.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses.
