Location: National Dental Upper East Side 1485 1st Ave, New York, NY 10075 Compensation: $25-32 per hour Patient Mix: PPO /FFS Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM + Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Benefits Eligibility: Full Time Schedules are eligible for benefits.

United Dental Corporation is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team in the vibrant Manhattan area.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the patient experience while supporting scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist patients with treatment financing options
• Maintain patient charts and documentation
• Support office productivity through effective scheduling and communication
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
