\nLABORIST OBGYN OPPORTUNITY
\nCOMMUNITY
\nThis diverse part of Illinois has 3 colleges, several lakes, fine dining, microbreweries, museums & family fun events throughout the year! Service area is over 150,000 people. Choose between excellent public or private schools, while enjoying a reasonable cost of living compared to St. Louis, Indianapolis or Chicago. There are a variety of places of worship accommodating many faiths. Opening this Fall is a mega sports complex which will host youth tournaments & also add shopping, hotels & more dining options to the area. Service area, due to multiple clinics or urgent cares in outlying areas, totals over 1 million patients.

OVERVIEW
\nPrivate practice hiring OBGYN Laborists due to growth. Cover just 1 location.
\nROLE
\nWill see patients in 100% inpatient hospital labor & delivery unit
\nFull time is considered Six 24 hour shifts- NO CALL
\nCan also opt for 4 shifts as 1099
\nLevel 2 Nursing designation
\nJoin Team of 5 physicians
\n24/7 Anesthesia
\nWill consider part time 1099- minimum 2 shifts per month
\nCombination of 12 hour shifts & 24 hour shifts currently available
\n\n
PACKAGE
\n$35,000 sign bonus + 2 year shareholder track
\n$200 per hour/negotiable
\nMalpractice paid + Relocation assistance
\nMedical, dental, vision, pharmacy, long-term life and disability
\nRetirement plan with 401K + CME allowance with time off
\n1099 option

\nAbility to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Illinois
