Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in Master’s degree programs, offering guidance on clinical practices and ethical standards.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, employing various evidence-based therapies and creating customized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in continual education by staying informed about the latest therapeutic research, practices, and advancements that can enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, offering them a supportive and understanding environment to navigate their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or PsyD is required.

• A valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to practice as a mental health therapist.

• Current professional liability insurance.

• Minimum of two years of professional clinical experience in a mental health setting.
