Primary Responsibilities Reconciliation of financial reports, balance sheet items, and other information for FPG Departments. Reconcile University accounting ledgers for all departments on a monthly basis to ensure that accounts are reflected accurately. Prepare reconciling journal entries as necessary. Process the general ledger month‑end closing including coordination with internal and external data customers and suppliers, internal and external financial reporting, liaise with finance department contacts and provide support for the Faculty Practice Group (FPG) Departments. Perform professional accounting duties such as preparing journal ledger entries, identifying and analyzing variances of financial data, maintenance, consolidation and reconciliations of financial records.
