Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 48.00
Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- At least two years recent experience in the field
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC and Cerner required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement care plans and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
