This role manages client-facing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with both client expectations and ISCorp's standards of excellence. The position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation projects for ISCorp clients, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline targets are met. Develop and manage project plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder alignment processes. Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress across cross-functional teams. Define project roles and responsibilities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments. Manage change control and escalation processes to ensure transparency and issue resolution. Collaborate with technical teams to plan, test, and deploy software solutions in ISCorp's private cloud. Analyze project performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality. Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, milestones, and post-implementation follow-up. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical implementation projects in IT or software environments. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities. Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including:

• Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
• Virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, RDS, Parallels RAS)
• Application deployment and system integration processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP or other project management certification. Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Familiarity with ERP or large-scale enterprise application implementations. Understanding of data security, compliance, and change management practices.
