.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with global teams, and is passionate about delivering seamless training experiences
. Key Responsibilitie
- sPlan, schedule, and coordinate logistics for training events and learning program
- sManage course enrollments and maintain accurate participant record
- sGenerate and deliver training reports and insight
- sServe as a point of contact for training-related inquirie
- sEnsure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, and meeting
- sIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiency enhancement
- sAnticipate challenges and proactively resolve issue
- sCollaborate with internal teams and global stakeholder
- sSupport meetings and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as neede
d✅ Required Qualifications & Skill
- sExperience in coordination, administration, or a related fiel
- dStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work across global team
- sHigh attention to detail with a customer-focused mindse
- tAbility to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processe
- sExcellent verbal and written communication skill
- sStrong organizational and multitasking abilitie
- sProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
