Industrial Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire
Pay: $33–$36/hr total earning with bonus program
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Hermitage, PA
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong benefits, competitive compensation, and long-term career stability.
CNC machine maintenance experience is required for this position. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and machine tool equipment.
What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and industrial machine tools
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, sensors, and control systems
Troubleshoot 3-phase motors and motor controls
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and repairs
Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and major repairs
CNC machine maintenance/troubleshooting experience – REQUIRED
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting background
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems
PLC troubleshooting experience; Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens preferred
Experience with VFDs and motor controls
Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment independently
$35–$36/hr total earning with bonus program
