Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health by utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to determine their psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances, including their cultural background.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that promote engagement, healing, and personal growth.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary, and provide them with resources and coping strategies through weekly check-ins.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to additional services when needed, such as psychiatric evaluations or community support programs.

• Maintain and manage accurate documentation of sessions in electronic health record (EHR) systems following HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, treatment strategies, and therapeutic techniques that are culturally competent and effective for varied populations.

• Excellent crisis management skills and the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients across demographics.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and technology to facilitate remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
