Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate both client and stakeholder input.

• Ensure timely completion of all documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, anticipating and addressing areas for improvement in service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers, governmental agencies, and community partners to promote holistic support for clients.

• Advocate for client needs through effective communication with multiple service systems and develop community resources that support client recovery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to remain current on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n
