Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on treatment planning, crafting pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies that address client needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all reports and assessments are completed punctually.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in alignment with the clinical team's guidelines, enhancing the effectiveness of intervention strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans together with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate client success.
