Senior Director, Inside Sales - Internal Only

Overview As a Senior Director, Inside Sales, you will manage a high-performing, office-based sales organization focused on driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and improving sales efficiency. You will define strategy, guide execution, and ensure alignment with broader business priorities. In this role, you will oversee multiple layers of sales leadership and partner with teams across the organization to optimize processes, improve conversion, and scale results. You will balance strategic planning with operational excellence, using data and insights to refine approaches and deliver consistent performance. Responsibilities Define and execute inside sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Oversee and develop a multi-level sales organization, including managers and individual contributors. Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance against sales targets. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and sales productivity. Support complex deals and key customer relationships as needed. Use data and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and improve the customer experience. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience. Experience managing and developing leaders and high-performing teams. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. Data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement.
