Veta Virtual is hiring a Senior PPC Specialist for one of our clients in the Home Services Marketing industry — a U.S.-based agency running local SEO and paid advertising for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and similar trades. This is a strategist-plus-execution role for a senior, hands-on PPC professional ready to own Google Ads strategy with Local Services Ads as a core focus. You will not just run campaigns — you will help shape how the agency approaches paid media for home services clients.

Your Role:

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Owning end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution — search, display, and shopping campaigns as needed, from account structure through daily optimization.
• Managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) profiles — budget and bid management, lead quality monitoring, lead dispute submissions, and Google Guaranteed / Google Screened compliance.
• Building and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to complement Google-led strategy.
• Structuring campaigns and running rigorous A/B testing across ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitoring budgets and bids in real time — reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost per lead.
• Connecting ad performance to real business outcomes — tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs, not just clicks and impressions.
• Building and maintaining performance reporting for internal and client-facing review.
• Collaborating with the wider team on offer alignment, landing pages, and lead follow-up systems.
• Applying home services industry knowledge — seasonality, service-area targeting, call tracking, and local competition — to campaign strategy.

✅ What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience — with real ownership of strategy, not execution only.
• Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping as applicable).
• Direct experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) for a local service business or agency client.
• A strong track record improving ROAS and lowering cost per lead — with real numbers to back it up.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working agency-side across more than one client account at a time.
• Bonus: proven success running paid media for a home services company or client — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, or similar. The client specifically flagged this as a stand-out qualification.
• Bonus: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) experience alongside Google Ads.
• Bonus: familiarity with an all-in-one CRM/automation platform such as GoHighLevel.
• Bonus: Google Ads certification(s).
• To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America.
