Owning the Google Ads strategy and execution, the full-time Senior PPC Specialist will manage campaigns for a U.S.-based home services marketing agency, focusing on Google Ads and Local Services Ads, while working remotely from Latin America. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution, including search, display, and shopping campaigns Manage Google Local Services Ads profiles, including budget management, lead quality monitoring, and compliance Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns to complement the Google-led strategy and conduct A/B testing for optimization Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with a focus on strategy Proven experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Shopping Direct experience with Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses Strong track record of improving ROAS and lowering cost per lead Currently based in Latin America
