Job Type Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a PPC Specialist to support high‑intent lead generation campaigns within the legal space. This role will focus primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads across high‑cost, high‑acquisition channels and is not an e‑Commerce‑focused position. The PPC Specialist will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Director to manage, optimize, and scale performance‑driven campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, conversion performance, and true cost per acquisition. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how to drive measurable results in a competitive, data‑driven environment. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation Build and refine campaign structures based on intent, geography, and performance data Conduct ongoing search term analysis and implement strong negative keyword strategies Monitor Auction Insights, impression share, and competitive positioning Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for acquisition Use GA4 and Google Search Console to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities Evaluate performance based on true CPA and signed cases, not just CPL Collaborate on landing page improvements and conversion insights Support PPC reporting and help maintain accurate data collection across campaigns Requirements 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for lead generation Experience in high‑CPC industries such as legal, medical, or financial services Strong understanding of bidding strategy, match types, and performance optimization Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance trends Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including indexation, canonicals, and keyword intent alignment Comfortable working in GA4, Search Console, and reporting tools Self‑starter mindset with a proactive and accountable approach to performance Must be able to work on‑site; this is not a remote position Compensation and Benefits Salary: $75,000–$86,000 per year.
