Payroll Manager

Manage biweekly and monthly payroll processing, partner distributions, bonus payrolls, off-cycle payments, and final pay calculations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations in a multi-state environment. Serve as the subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now. Review payroll reconciliations, journal entries, tax withholdings, deductions, and employee records. Partner with Accounting on general ledger reconciliations, payroll reporting, and month-end/year-end close activities. Lead payroll process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and documentation efforts. Supervise and mentor a Payroll Analyst while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and business continuity. What We're Looking For Extensive payroll management experience in a multi-state environment. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll accounting, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now . Experience managing reconciliations, internal controls, and payroll reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
