Staff Accountant
RPL International
A growing real estate organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with experience in month-end close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and cash management who wants to grow within the real estate industry. Responsibilities Prepare and post monthly journal entries as part of the month-end close Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned entities Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts Reconcile interest and loan balances to lender statements Manage cash activity and initiate wire transfers Maintain accurate cash records and supporting schedules Assist with monthly financial reporting and cash management Requirements 1-3 years of accounting experience Experience with full financial statement preparation Strong understanding of GAAP Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience in multifamily real estate Construction accounting experience Experience with cash forecasting and financial analysis Competitive salary + benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr RPL International
