Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate your clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans that align with their specific life situations.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effectively tailored to each patient's unique case.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records while adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Ensure all documentation reflects the progress and ongoing needs of clients.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and clinicians, to provide integrated care and enhance treatment outcomes for our clients.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals enrolled in a detox center setting who are dealing with substance use disorders as well as associated mental health issues. You will encounter clients from diverse backgrounds and those with varying degrees of emotional distress, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Your skills will be crucial in helping them navigate the challenging waters of recovery and reintegration into society.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
