Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with team members and clients. Our Detox Center focuses on early intervention services for children, particularly those facing challenges due to disabilities or developmental delays. Our clinicians work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), which are tailored to each child’s requirements.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes in a collaborative team setting, providing regular updates and adjustments to the IFSP based on observed changes in development.
\n
• Provide essential emotional support and guidance to families, equipping them with strategies and skills that enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to deliver services effectively.
\n
• Develop rapport with families and children, fostering a trusting relationship that encourages open communication and collaboration.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations while ensuring the health and safety of individuals and staff within the program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our work involves a proactive approach that encourages early intervention to foster growth in key areas such as cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and communication skills. The LCSW will navigate complex family dynamics and provide culturally competent support to promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona through the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required.
\n
• A strong commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in family support.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple family cases efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
