Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Thoroughly assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused techniques, ensuring diverse therapeutic options for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in adherence to clinic policies and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists, administrative staff, and external agencies to provide comprehensive care and ensure coordinated treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
