Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to meet clients' specific needs.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and the highest level of care.

• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills, including training on our proprietary care pathways and staying informed on emerging practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
