Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress and stability, discussing appointment scheduling and discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Keeping accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other required paperwork.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's needs fully.
\n
• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions, ensuring a consistent and supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure quality care.
\n
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Embracing a growth mindset, remaining open to new ideas, training, and approaches to mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population that includes children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other emotional difficulties. Our goal is to create a welcoming and secure environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings while receiving support tailored to their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth technology; familiarity with RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY is preferred.
\n
• A strong foundation in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Previous telehealth or remote counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
