Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them identify their personal goals, support them in their mental health journeys, and empower them with tools to achieve desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while complying with all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client demographic primarily comprises adults dealing with low-acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and computer literacy skills to manage client interactions effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent upon experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
