Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you flexibility while maintaining full communication with your colleagues and clients. Our team utilizes various digital tools for therapy, case management, and collaboration, ensuring that client progress is monitored closely despite physical distances. You will enjoy a structured work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, including their presenting issues, potential diagnoses, and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, clearly outlining therapeutic goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and Washington state laws.
• Deliver culturally sensitive therapy that respects the diverse backgrounds of clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and understanding.
• Regularly engage in professional supervision and training to enhance your clinical skills, as well as participate in peer reviews.
• Coordinate care by communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and clients to ensure holistic treatment.
• Guide clients through societal and healthcare systems, advocating for their mental and emotional needs in a supportive manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our clinical team, you will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each dealing with unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles while promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid Washington State LICSW license, enabling independent practice.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care, with a deep understanding of cultural competencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, displaying professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage case loads and meet documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.

Compensation and Benefits
