Administrative Assistant

$70k

Elite Placement Group

A highly regarded private equity team is looking to add a junior Administrative Assistant to their group. This is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, professional environment with exposure to a collaborative and high-performing team.

What youll be doing:

Support executives and team members with day-to-day administrative needs

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling logistics

Prepare and edit documents, maintain organized files, and handle general office support

Assist with special projects and contribute to overall office operations

What theyre looking for:

Bachelors degree required

6 months to 1 year of administrative or internship experience in a corporate setting

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Strong communication skills and a professional presence

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is motivated to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience within the finance space.

Compensation $70k+ with a strong bonus, great benefits, and other perks
