Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic elementary school setting this fall. This full-time, contract opportunity spans from August 17 to September 4, providing vital speech-language pathology services within an Autism program. You will work onsite, directly collaborating with students and team members to foster communication success and growth.

Your day will begin at 9am and conclude by 4:40pm, Monday through Friday. Within this dedicated, supportive environment, you will utilize your expertise and compassion to empower students and facilitate their academic and social strengths.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desired
• Knowledge and background working with students on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for students in a structured autism program
• Collaborate with special educators, families, and related service providers
• Complete assessments, therapy plans, and progress documentation in alignment with student IEPs
• Provide input for IEP meetings and offer targeted strategies to maximize communication gains
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
