Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging onsite role supporting elementary students in an autism program, working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) during a maternity leave. This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:40 pm. Located conveniently in the Liberty area, you'll join a dedicated school-based team and make a meaningful difference in students’ growth and communication skills.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, valid for school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations, especially in autism programs, is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly adapt and integrate into established classroom routines

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic services to students within the school's autism program
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate effectively with educators, school administrators, and families to support each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in accordance with school standards
• Participate in team meetings and share recommendations for student support
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations specific to special education services
