Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for oncology patients or an assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patients, implement care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Administer and monitor medications and treatments appropriate to oncology patients; recognize and respond to adverse events, ensuring patient safety.
- Document care accurately, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize care delivery.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license.
- Oncology nursing experience or familiarity preferred.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care across disciplines, demonstrating strong critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in a travel assignment within a hospital setting.
