Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to patient care and clinical operations.
- Document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations clearly and accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient responses and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other care team members to develop and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing with the ability to obtain state-specific licensure for a travel assignment (oncology-focused practice preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills; ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams and supervising nursing staff as required.
- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour day shift schedule on a travel assignment; ability to travel as needed within the assignment scope.
- Oncology patient care experience is preferred to support specialized needs.
