Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, coordinated nursing care for oncology patients according to the nursing process and established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; manage symptoms using evidence-based protocols.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize patient needs.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; maintain documentation and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in California
• Degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Oncology nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts; 3x12 schedule
• Eligibility to work in the United States
