Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust plans of care as needed.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring accurate documentation and communication within the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, providing guidance and delegation as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to promote safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Ability to deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Capacity to supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff across multiple levels.
- Strong collaboration with other disciplines to coordinate patient care.
- Comfort and ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to work a travel assignment and be part of a temporary onboarding process.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
