Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels, ensuring adherence to care plans
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making
- Document care and maintain patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to optimize outcomes

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week) in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and relocate for the 8-week contract
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and maintain patient-centered care
