Job Description
Title: Nursing - Patient Care

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Ability to provide coordinated nursing care
- Experience in supervising nursing staff

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant nursing practices and standards.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and other healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.

- Orientation details will be provided upon hiring.
