Registered Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

• Nursing license required
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in staff education and development initiatives.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure a compassionate environment.
