Junior Accountant

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. The Junior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of financial statements Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes Maintain and record fixed assets Prepare and file local compliance reporting as required Act as a liaison with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred 2+ years of related accounting experience Hands‑on experience working with general ledger accounts Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Professional and customer‑focused approach when interacting with vendors and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS accounting environments #J-18808-Ljbffr JFR Staffing
