This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from their home or preferred location within the state of Illinois. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their input to ensure individualized care focused on their unique goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate modalities via secure videoconferencing platforms.

• Engage clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet their evolving needs.

• Document therapy sessions in compliance with the organization’s standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical cases, share insights, and receive supervision and support from experienced peers.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, which provides a solid foundation for clinical practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a strong therapeutic rapport with clients remotely.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
