Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Keep meticulous documentation of treatment notes and progress for every client in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish the foundation for successful treatment.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions each week, tailoring approaches to the specific requirements of clients.

• Engage in individual supervision meetings to enhance clinical practices and receive constructive feedback on performance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses aimed at recognizing and rewarding productivity.
