IT Infrastructure Engineer, PAM

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least four years of experience in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in place of the degree.
• We require at least ten years of experience in an IT operations environment with technical exposure to distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking.

• We lead multiple work streams by assessing customer and operational needs, shaping procedures and policies, securing cross-functional alignment, translating strategy into actionable requirements, removing blockers, and driving progress.
• We foster self-leadership and continuous learning by giving and receiving feedback, mentoring others, adapting to changing priorities, and encouraging open collaboration.
• We use DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design, build, and deliver secure, resilient, multi-channel, high-volume, cloud-based solutions.
• We partner with database, operations, and technical support teams throughout system development and implementation.
• We serve as subject matter experts in system design aligned with our architecture standards.
• We provide direction and standards for creating, reviewing, and validating technical specifications and documentation.
• We work with architects and software engineers to turn functional requirements into flexible, scalable, and maintainable system designs.
• We collaborate with IT teams and business partners to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver effective solutions.
• We modify and validate system design prototypes.
• We provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture across multiple functional areas.
• We recommend the resources needed to sustain service levels and support emerging demand.
• We lead project support planning, scheduling, and task assignments.
• We partner with business leaders, solutions teams, and enterprise architects to define and communicate target strategies and roadmaps.
• We translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical designs for integrated, sustainable infrastructure systems.
• We evaluate design options and advise on risks, costs, and benefits.
• We define and oversee detailed standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for service introduction and maintenance.
