Accounts Payable - Accounting Assistant

What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare customer billing and assist with invoicing
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Work daily in Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with additional accounting and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Billing experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or AS400 preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-office environment
