Office Manager

DGK Group, P.C.

An Office Manager at DGK Group, PC, Certified Public Accountants, requires strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills. They must be able to balance administrative responsibilities with client-facing tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting the firm's client services and internal teams. The role is highly integral in maintaining the firm’s operations, both internally and in managing client expectations. Responsibilities Office Operations Manage the daily operations of the office. Ensure office procedures are documented and followed. Identify and implement process improvements. Maintain office equipment and technology. Client Experience Greet and assist clients and visitors. Coordinate client appointments. Manage incoming phone calls and emails. Ensure a professional client experience from intake through project completion. Assist partners with special projects. Develop office policies and procedures. Monitor workflow and deadlines. Coordinate Intern Job duties Human Resources Support Coordinate new employee onboarding. Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling. Coordinate employee recognition activities. Tax Processing Coordinate the assembly, processing, and delivery of tax returns. Monitor tax return status and deadlines. Project Management Manage the client project intake process. Assign work through workflow systems. Track project status. Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members. Maintain relationships with office vendors and service providers. Negotiate service agreements when appropriate. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs Qualifications Experience with administrative and clerical work; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong ability to multitask Friendly and upbeat demeanor Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple projects Experience in a CPA, legal, or professional services firm preferred 401(k), including Profit Sharing and Roth Component Health and Dental Insurance Disability Insurance (Long-term and Short-term) Life Insurance Continuing Professional Education Educational Assistance Program Benefits 401(k) with Profit Sharing and Roth option Health and Dental Insurance Disability Insurance (Long-term and Short-term) Life Insurance Continuing Professional Education Educational Assistance Program Why join us?
