Position Summary

3500 Square LLC is seeking qualified Senior / Lead ServiceNow Developers with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, platform security, and instance hardening for a potential project opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and securing ServiceNow environments, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

• Implement and maintain security controls within ServiceNow instances.

• Perform ServiceNow instance security hardening and configuration reviews.

• Identify, assess, and remediate platform security vulnerabilities.

• Configure and manage access controls, user roles, permissions, and security policies.

• Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect ServiceNow environments.

• Troubleshoot technical and security-related issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient platform operations.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow development and security practices.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow security architecture and instance hardening.

• Experience with access controls, security configurations, and vulnerability remediation.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and security best practices.

• CompTIA or Cisco Security Certification.

• U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Lead ServiceNow Developer or Technical Lead.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Experience supporting federal government or highly regulated environments.

• Experience with ServiceNow platform security assessments and compliance requirements.
