Talent Acquisition Manager

A growing construction organization is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Talent Acquisition & HR Program Leader to support continued expansion across the Florida market. This role will lead and enhance recruiting operations while partnering closely with business leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies aligned with project demands, workforce needs, and long‑term organizational growth. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top construction talent across both field and corporate functions while helping standardize, optimize, and scale recruiting and talent programs throughout the organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of construction recruiting expertise, operational partnership, process improvement, and strategic workforce planning experience. Key Responsibilities Construction Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for construction and corporate positions, including: Project Managers Operations Leadership Corporate support functions Develop proactive sourcing strategies in highly competitive labor markets. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Manage hiring priorities tied to project schedules, business growth, and operational demands. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and drive efficient hiring decisions. Design, implement, and standardize recruiting processes across the organization. Drive improvements in hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and time‑to‑fill metrics. Establish scalable recruiting infrastructure and best practices. Develop workforce planning strategies to support ongoing business growth. Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and processes that enhance recruitment effectiveness. Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to operations and business leaders on talent strategy and market conditions. Collaborate closely with project and operational leadership to align hiring efforts with business objectives. Balance hiring urgency with process consistency and quality standards. Provide insights and recommendations on talent availability, hiring trends, and workforce risks. Metrics, Reporting & Workforce Insights Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting metrics. Analyze hiring performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide workforce planning insights to support business forecasting and growth initiatives. Monitor recruiting effectiveness and recommend process enhancements. Compensation & Talent Programs Support compensation benchmarking and salary analysis efforts. Assist with job description development, standardization, and maintenance. Contribute to talent acquisition and HR process improvement initiatives. Help build scalable talent programs that support organizational growth. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recruiting within the construction industry. Experience recruiting for construction operations and project-based roles. Proven ability to build recruiting processes and scalable hiring programs. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills. Experience partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Preferred Experience supporting workforce planning initiatives. Exposure to compensation benchmarking and talent analytics. Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
