Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Document clinical encounters promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity of client records and the efficacy of treatment delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and inform necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, collaborating with our clinical team to integrate feedback and best practices.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address the individual needs of clients, facilitating effective behavioral adjustments.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes actively, maintaining compliance with relevant state and federal regulations and contributing to the clinic's overall quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
