Director of Market Access

Agendia is seeking a Director of Market Access to lead U.S. payer, reimbursement, and access strategies for our precision oncology portfolio, including MammaPrint® and BluePrint® . This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving coverage expansion, payer engagement, reimbursement strategy, contracting, and market access initiatives across commercial and government payers. The position partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure broad and sustainable patient access to Agendia's genomic testing solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute U.S. market access strategies Lead payer coverage and reimbursement initiatives Negotiate and manage payer contracts Build relationships with commercial and government payers Translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into compelling payer value propositions Support reimbursement strategy for current and future innovations Monitor reimbursement policy, coding, pricing, and payment trends Qualifications 8-10+ years of progressive experience in market access, reimbursement, managed care, health economics, or related functions within diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, genomics, oncology, biotechnology, or precision medicine Demonstrated success developing and executing payer coverage, reimbursement, and contracting strategies Strong understanding of commercial payer and Medicare reimbursement environments Experience engaging with commercial and government payers, health systems, and policy stakeholders Ability to translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into compelling payer value propositions Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization Location: Remote (U.S.) or Irvine, CA Travel: Approximately 30-50% Join us in advancing personalized cancer care through innovative genomic testing and precision oncology solutions.
