Bookkeeper-HR Assistant

Overview We are a growing company in the Cruise Industry seeking a full-time Bookkeeper-HR Assistant to join our Financial Office. The role focuses on invoicing, payroll, and HR tasks. Proficiency with Windows laptops and Microsoft Office is required. Responsibilities Handle invoicing and payroll processes Support HR tasks and related administration Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Excel experience is vital High School Diploma required; additional accounting/bookkeeping courses a plus Must be accurate, efficient, and comfortable working as part of a team Willing to learn about Workers\' Compensation claims and employee insurance Proficient with Windows laptops and Microsoft Office Availability to pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen Office Hours Office open Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
