Sales Support Coordinator

To support a sales and coaching team during a high-volume period, the temporary remote Sales Support Coordinator will manage outbound appointment setting, administrative tasks, and customer service, requiring approximately 85 calls per day. Key Responsibilities Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide ongoing coach support via Slack Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or inside sales Comfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting work Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency Motivated self-starter capable of managing assigned workload and additional responsibilities
