Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions as well as group and family counseling, facilitating interactions that promote open communication and understanding while resolving conflicts.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and therapeutic techniques for clients in acute distress, ensuring a safe space for them to process their feelings and experiences.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards while documenting treatment progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care and integrate additional support services into treatment plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, actively advocating for their rights and access to care.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
